Product Care
When using cookware, always keep any flame or heat source to the base of the pan. Never allow flames to reach the side of the pan, as overheating can cause discolouration which cannot be removed. The use of cooking oil is recommended to prevent food from sticking to the pan. Acidic foodstuffs may mark the product if it is left in the pan for any length of time. Over time, cast iron may need re-seasoning, please see the CAST IRON: RE-SEASONING PROCESS page for this process.
